Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 cups raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or another nut butter)
  • 1-1.5 cups coconut water
  • 40 grams Protein powder I like grass-fed hydrolyzed beef protein by Designs for Health
  • 1-4 cups mixed greens

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients, drink immediately and enjoy!
